- Is integration to the customer's Identity and access management scheme (via AD/ADFS or CA IDM) possible? Specify whether both authentication and authorization integration is possible (or only authentication or neither).
- Can the provider's employees or third parties (including government bodies), access data in client tenant? If yes, specify who and for what purpose.
- Describe the customer data backup process including security measures for backups (encryption, integrity checks etc.).
- Can the provider ensure data storage solely in specified geolocation as per regulatory requirements applicable to the customer?
- Are all customer data securely erased and data storages wiped out at the end of contract and in the event of hardware failure/decomission?
